An online submission, automated confirmation, email, text message, telephone discussion or preliminary estimate is not a final or binding purchase offer.

4. Motorcycle transactions

Any potential purchase is subject to our Seller Submission Terms, an in-person inspection, verification of the motorcycle and documentation, and any separate written transaction documents used at the time of purchase. We may decline a submission or discontinue discussions at any time before a final purchase agreement is completed.

5. Accurate information

You agree not to submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained information, photographs or documents. You must have the legal right to provide all submitted materials and must not upload malicious code, unlawful content or information belonging to another person without authority.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service through automated means, impersonate another person, submit spam, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the website to facilitate unlawful conduct.
