Seller Submission Terms

1. Seller eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old. By submitting a motorcycle, you represent that you are its titled owner or are legally authorized by the titled owner to provide the information and pursue a potential sale.

2. Required title status

The motorcycle must have a valid, clean and transferable title. We do not accept motorcycles with active liens, salvage titles, rebuilt titles or other branded titles. Any exception must be expressly confirmed by us in writing before a transaction; website submission alone does not create an exception.

3. Accuracy and completeness

You certify that submitted information and files are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You must disclose known mechanical problems, collision or cosmetic damage, missing parts, material modifications, mileage or hour discrepancies, registration issues and facts that could affect ownership, safety, legality or value.

4. Permission to review submitted materials

You authorize us to securely receive, store and review the motorcycle photographs, VIN information, title image and other submitted materials for evaluation, verification, fraud prevention, communications and a potential purchase. You confirm that you have authority to provide those materials.

5. No final offer from an online submission

An online submission, estimate, price range, email, text message or telephone discussion is preliminary and nonbinding. A motorcycle purchase is completed only after an in-person inspection and verification of the motorcycle, VIN, seller identity and authority, title, mileage or hours, condition, registration status and other relevant information.

6. Inspection and meeting arrangements

When appropriate, an inspection may be arranged at a secure, mutually agreed location. You remain responsible for the motorcycle and your property until a separate final transaction is completed. Travel, inspection and pickup are not guaranteed and depend on the motorcycle, location and viability of the transaction.

7. Changes to or withdrawal of an estimate

We may revise, reduce or withdraw an estimate or proposed offer if the motorcycle, documentation, title, VIN, mileage, condition, registration status or other material information differs from what was submitted or represented. We may decline any transaction before final completion.

8. Non-running motorcycles

We may consider a non-running motorcycle, but it must be inspected in person before an offer can be made. Submission does not guarantee that we will inspect, transport or purchase it.

9. Registration, PNO status and fees

If registration is expired, subject to Planned Non-Operation status or otherwise not current, a final offer will not be established until applicable registration fees, penalties and other costs are confirmed. Those costs may affect the amount offered.

10. Communications consent

You authorize us to contact you at the telephone number and email address submitted regarding your motorcycle, inspection scheduling and the potential transaction, including by call, text message or email consistent with your selected preference. This is transactional consent and is not consent to unrelated marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications, but doing so may prevent us from continuing the evaluation.

11. Privacy

Personal information and uploaded materials are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information or documents unrelated to the motorcycle or proposed transaction.

12. Separate final agreement

If we decide to purchase the motorcycle, the final terms—including price, payment method, delivery or pickup, transfer of ownership and seller representations—will be documented separately. If these Seller Submission Terms conflict with a later written purchase agreement signed for the transaction, that purchase agreement controls the transaction-specific terms.
